서정철 대표와 함께 경력 30년 이상의 숙련자들이 고궁한지를 이끌고 있다. 섬유 배합비와 첨가제 표준화를 통해 품질의 균일화, 고급화를 이뤄 7종이 상표등록 돼 있다. 민화용, 판화용, 인테리어 용도의 한지를 생산하며 미술용 한지는 프랑스 파리 전문 화방에 수출된다.
